A good conversion is 80% cabinetry: units, pods, bed frames, kitchen blocks, overhead lockers — all curved-cornered, lightweight and built to millimetre tolerances inside a shell that has none. Cutting that on trestles in a unit doorway (or a customer's drive) is slow and hard to keep accurate.
