Rental without the rental agreement

GO Manufacturing is the third option — you rent the entire workshop, machinery included, for exactly the days you need it and nothing more.
There's no deposit, no rates, no utilities standing orders and no notice period. Book a day, it's yours from 7am to 7pm; book a run of days and leave your work set up overnight between them.
What your rental includes
- Exclusive use of the full 1,330 sq ft machine floor — no other customers in the building's workshop while you're booked in
- Commercial panel saw and edge bander, with dust extraction and compressed air throughout
- Joiner's benches and large assembly tables for full kitchen and fitted furniture runs
- Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, welfare facilities and parking with easy van loading
Daily, repeat or block rental
Single days suit one-off machining jobs. Consecutive days suit full builds — cut and edge on day one, assemble and finish on day two. And if you want the same day every week as a standing arrangement, we'll block-book it for you and invoice monthly, which for many trades replaces the idea of renting a unit altogether.
